I have been involved with photography for as long as I can remember. With the digital era, I have delved even deeper into the art form. From composing an image all the way through the editing process, I truly enjoy the artistic freedom of bringing that image to life. My husband is a lifer in the Coast Guard, and recently returned from Iraq. We move quite often, but have settled down for a few years in the Seattle area. Having lived all over the country has really benefitted me in seeing all different styles of photography, as well as learning new techniques.

I enjoy all aspects of photography from portrait work to landscape and wildlife capture. I believe by practicing all types of photography that I will constantly learn something new and it will keep my imagery fresh and exciting.

For the past couple of years I have been working in camera stores, which has kept me up to date on what's going on in the photographic world. I have a true love for photography, and working in this environment has given me a lot of joy in being able to help others learn and fall in love with it as well. I also worked for Edward Fox Studio as a wedding photographer, which opened up a different world for me. I continue to use what I learned from them, as well as incorporating my own vision into my work.

I have a major passion for nature and landscape photography, and get out as often as I can to satisfy that need! Many of my images are for sale, so always feel free to ask about them! I will eventually be holding daily seminars for those who enjoy photography, but aren't quite comfortable with their equipment yet.
