I had the opportunity to come down to Newport for a photo shoot, so had a chance to get out today and see the town. Unfortunately it rained all day, as you can probably tell from the first images. Right at sunset, the rain stopped and I was able to capture some amazingly calm images at the local Harbor. I even found some sea lions I hope to get out and photograph tomorrow before I head to my next shoot in Brookings, OR. I shoot all the time for work, but it feels great to get back to my favorite kind of photography!
