(AP) -- A winter storm that packed winds of 100 mph and dumped more than a foot of snow in the Pacific Northwest could soon give way to another threat: warmer weather and the potential for flooding.--- Today was rather rare and absolutely beautiful. It's not often that we get snow, and most definitely not this much of it! To my dismay it started raining immediately, not giving me nearly enough time to adventure out and enjoy it.
