This guy made the rounds checking to see if any of his cow's were ready to accept him. Some were friendly, some were irritated.

This is called "thrash-urination". Bulls urinate on themselves and onto the ground. They will roll in it while bugling and yelping. The process is to mark themselves with a distinct odor which will attract the cows.

While this calf was feeding, the bull approached the cow and got a little too friendly for her.

Now he is heading across the field as a very young bull has made the mistake of entering his territory.

This is the young bull who screwed up. The bull chased him around the field mainly walking while this guy ran. When the bull would close in on him, he would make the smart decision to high tail it out of there.

These are a few of the bulls in the next field over, many of them were sparring. I'm sure it is good practice to attempt a take over of the big guy's harem. Good luck boys.
